Job summary

Purple Pluto is seeking confident Mat Pilates and Yoga instructors to join our growing fitness platform on a part-time/adjunct basis. You will lead engaging group sessions, coach and cue participants, and adapt for different abilities across Singapore gyms.

We value clear communication, movement awareness and professional presence. Newly certified instructors are welcome and first aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certifications in Mat Pilates or Yoga are required or equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to lead group classes and provide safe, progressive instruction.
• Strong communication, coaching presence and ability to adapt for different levels.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred; newly certified instructors welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Mat Pilates and/or Yoga group classes.
• Plan and deliver well-structured sessions for varied levels.
• Provide demonstrations, cues and exercise modifications.
• Observe movement, alignment and technique for safety.
• Adapt exercises for different abilities and mobility levels.
• Maintain safety, professionalism and participant care.
• Create a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Arrive early, prepare the space and start on time.
• Build rapport and encourage ongoing participation.
• Collaborate with the wider fitness team and programmes.
