Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Multi-Cloud FinOps Specialist in Singapore to bridge cloud operations, finance, and client success. You will ensure inventory aligns with contractual obligations and advise clients on maximizing cloud value.

Responsibilities include reconciling cloud assets, preventing revenue leakage, and enforcing tagging and governance policies across multiple cloud platforms. This role requires strong data analysis and stakeholder management within an MSP context.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Cloud Operations, IT Asset Management, or Cloud Financial Management, preferably within MSP or System Integrator.
• Deep knowledge of billing constructs and resource management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, focusing on cloud cost management and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Contractual Reconciliation: audit cloud resource inventory against Client Service Agreement.
• Revenue Leakage Prevention: detect scope creep and ensure proper charging.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: monitor provisioning to decommissioning for active, contracted CIs.
• Tagging Policy Enforcement: design cross-cloud tagging taxonomy for visibility by contract or service tier.
• Commitment Utilization: oversee RIs and Savings Plans across multi-tenant environments.
• Right-Sizing & Modernization: analyze usage to downsize or move to cost-effective instances.
• Waste Elimination: identify and remove orphaned resources and idle assets.
• Strategic Reporting: develop Showback/Chargeback reports for client spend by dept or project.
• Anomaly Detection: set spend alerts to prevent bill shock from misconfigurations.
