Lonza Singapore invites a Process Expert, MSAT - Tech Transfer, to join our office-first team in Singapore. You will lead the timely transfer of purification steps into our production facility, collaborating with MSAT, QA, QC, MFG and customer teams.

You will design and execute small-scale studies, monitor processes, write change requests, and support inspections. A graduate degree in chemical/biochemical engineering and 5+ years in biotech are preferred; strong data analysis and

• 5+ years in biotech process development or manufacturing
• Graduate degree in chemical/biochemical engineering or related field
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork
• Track record delivering projects on tight timelines

Responsabilités

• Lead technology transfer of purification steps into Lonza Singapore facility with MSAT and cross-department collaboration
• Manage process support: run campaigns, monitor, and analyze purification processes across multiple products
• Lead investigations into process trends and deviations across departments
• Write change requests and drive implementation
• Design/perform small-scale lab studies to support transfer and investigations
• Identify training needs and prepare materials for operators
• Support inspections and audits by customers and regulators
