Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant to work with business users and technical vendors to design, upgrade, and optimize Dynamics solutions in cloud environments. You will lead testing efforts (unit, SIT, UAT) and manage post-upgrade validation to ensure smooth delivery and performance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on MS Dynamics experience, including upgrades of v8.x, and strong communication with stakeholders. A degree in IT or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on MS Dynamics consulting or development experience.
• Experience upgrading MS Dynamics v8.x with planning, execution and validation.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 across versions; cloud environment exposure is a plus.
• 5+ years of operational support; ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent.

Job Scope

Work closely with business users and technical vendors to gather requirements, design, and deliver upgrades to MS Dynamics-based solutions, ensuring platforms are suitable for purpose, scalable, and compliant with IT policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical vendors and internal stakeholders to provide maintenance and support of MS Dynamics solutions, Secure File Transfer including patching, security remediation, and log review, ensuring alignment with requirements and timelines.
• Responsible for the upgrade of MS Dynamics applications in cloud environments, including cutover planning, rollback procedures, and post-upgrade validation.
• Enhance and maintain integrations, including FormSG and Application Mailbox routing.
• Conduct comprehensive testing including unit testing, SIT, and UAT phases, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth delivery and optimal system performance.
• Provide continuous operational support throughout the MS Dynamics application lifecycle, including incident resolution, system maintenance, and performance optimisation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and user manuals, collaborating with business users, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Job Qualifications

Core Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in a relevant MS Dynamics consulting or development role, with demonstrated proficiency in designing, configuring, and delivering MS Dynamics solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in upgrading MS Dynamics v8.x, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.

Technical Experience

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 across multiple versions. Preferably with hands‑on experience in both MS Dynamics 365 v8.x and v9.x.
• Experience working within cloud environments is advantageous.
• Certification in relevant Microsoft Dynamics technologies is advantageous.

Other Requirements

• 5 or more years of operational support experience, including ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, as well as technical documentation practices.
• Experience conducting comprehensive testing including unit testing, SIT, and UAT phases, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders on requirements gathering and solution presentation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent IT discipline.
