We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, along with excellent problem-solving skills to enhance our clients' operations.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients
• Analyze business requirements and design effective strategies
• Provide training and support to end-users on the system

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical vendors and internal stakeholders toprovide maintenance and support of MS Dynamics solutions, Secure FileTransfer including patching, security remediation, log review, ensuringalignment with EMA's requirements and timelines.
• Responsible for the upgrade of MS Dynamics applications ingovernment cloud environments, including cutover planning, rollbackprocedures, and post-upgrade validation

• Enhance and maintain integrations including FormSG andApplication Mailbox routing.
• Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, SIT, and UATphases, troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth delivery and optimalsystem performance.
• Provide continuous operational support throughout the MSDynamics application lifecycle, including incident resolution, systemmaintenance, and performance optimisation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs,and user manuals, collaborating with business users, project managers, andstakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Skills and Experience

Core Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant MSDynamics consulting or development role, with demonstrated proficiency indesigning, configuring, and delivering MS Dynamics solutions in enterpriseenvironments.
• Experience working in the public sector, with familiarity withgovernment ICT standards and processes.
• Proven experience in upgrading MS Dynamics v8.x, includingplanning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.

Technical Experience

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 across multiple versions.Candidates with hands-on experience in both MS Dynamics 365 v8.x and v9.xare preferred.
• Experience working within GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) orGCC+ environments is an advantage.
• Certification in relevant Microsoft Dynamics technologies is anadvantage.

Other Requirements

• Five or more years of operational support experience, includingITIL-based incident, problem, and change management, as well as technicaldocumentation practices.
• Experience conducting comprehensive testing including unit, SIT,and UAT phases, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolvingissues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experienceworking effectively with both internal and external stakeholders onrequirements gathering and solution presentation.
