• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Set up SPC monitoring and chart limits for proactive intervention.
• Support tool maintenance optimization with data-driven insights.
• Contribute to projects reducing cost and improving machine availability.
• Engage with tool suppliers to explore innovative solutions in shrinking tech nodes.
