Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks an experienced Injection Mould designer to lead 2D/3D analysis and DFM reporting. You will design complete plastic moulds, provide tooling guidance, and discuss designs with customers as needed. Strong knowledge of mould flow and 2-colour moulding, plus 5+ years in plastic injection mould design, are essential.

Proficiency with Unigraphics NX7 is required; you will collaborate with manufacturing and QA to ensure robust tooling and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience designing in Plastic Injection Mould.
• Knowledge of mould flow.
• Knowledge of 2-colour mould.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project planning basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D & 3D components analysis and Prepare DFM Report.
• Hands on technical discussion and design confirmation with customer when needed.
• Design a complete plastic mould, 3D and 2D.
• Provide advice and guidance on tooling improvement and repair/maintenance.
