Job summary

EVO PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a design-focused engineer to lead tooling projects for progressive, singulated, and prototype tools. The role involves mold design, debugging, and implementing improvements for production tooling with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, with strong AutoCAD and UG/Pro-E skills and a solid grasp of geometrical tolerances.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and UG/Pro-E for tooling and mold design.
• Experience in precision plastic mold/tool design preferred.
• Knowledge of geometrical tolerances and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Report to Design Manager and execute tooling projects.
• Design new tools for progressive, singulated, and prototype tooling.
• Handle in-house mold design, debugging, and tooling improvements.
• Expedite quality design within reasonable lead time.

• Report to Design Manager
• Design new tool (for progressive, singulated & prototype tool)
• Responsible for in-house mold design, debugging, modify & improve for the production tool
• Expedite quality design within reasonable lead time
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Unigraphics or Pro-E
• Knowledge of Geometrical tolerances
• >5 years experience in Precision Plastic Engineering
• Candidates without Diploma but has vast experience on Precision Plastic Mold Design will be considered
• Good communication & organizational skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Salary Commensurate with relevant experience
