Job summary

The LEGO Group in Singapore is seeking a Mould Designer to lead external mould design rework and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality STM and 3LM moulds. You will use Siemens NX and Teamcenter to drive design accuracy, share learnings, and ensure timely deliveries.

Experience in plastic injection mould design and strong communication across cultures are essential, with a focus on quality, lead-time reduction, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background as a Mould Designer in plastic injection moulding.
• At least 1 year of experience in mould design and toolmaking processes.
• Strong CAD skills, preferably Siemens NX; knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Represent EMF Mould Design in escalations and align on rework of external mould designs.
• Execute rework of STM and 3LM moulds in Siemens Teamcenter and NX in collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Ensure learnings from design errors are documented and shared across the team.
