Job summary

GOERTEK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced control engineer to design and develop advanced control algorithms for ultra-precision manufacturing equipment in Singapore. You will lead vibration analysis, and work with mechanical design teams to evaluate and predict vibration characteristics.

The role involves developing passive, active and semi-active vibration strategies, validating control systems, and performing system-level testing to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Strong foundation in control theory, dynamics and simulation.
• Hands-on experience in motion control and servo systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced control algorithms for high-precision equipment.
• Lead vibration analysis and predict characteristics with cross-functional teams.
• Develop passive, active and semi-active vibration control strategies.
• Design, validate and optimize control systems including hardware and software.
• Conduct system-level testing and performance analysis to improve designs.
• Provide technical support to ensure stability and reliability of systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, simulation and manufacturing for integration.
