Job summary

BizSaver PTE. LTD. is seeking a Mortgage and Real Estate Specialist to drive growth in our mortgage and property financing offerings.

You will provide loan advisory and tailored solutions to meet customers’ financing needs while expanding our network with business partners. You will work independently, manage your own time for sales visits and presentations, and engage prospects through cold calling and texting.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with sales experience in banking and financial services.
• Able to meet sales targets and work on weekends.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Grow BizSaver mortgage and real estate business.
• Provide loan advisory and financing solutions.
• Network with business partners and referrals.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and after-sales service.
• Plan and deliver sales visits and presentations.
• Engage customers via cold calling and texting.
• Promote home loans through referrals by agents, lawyers and developers.
