• Administrative and documentation support and to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Performing KYC screening and searches.
• Ensure data integrity and completeness by performing steps required to ensure information/demographic details are updated in Bank’s systems (BWCIF/CRM).
• Effectively manage and track sales campaigns and manage leads and provide timely updates.
• Prepare reports for timely submission to Management.
