Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Mortgage Sales Support professional to deliver excellent customer service and assist with customers’ requests. You will liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of Specialists, handle admin duties, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include performing KYC screening, maintaining data integrity in BWCIF/CRM, managing leads and campaigns, and preparing timely management reports.

Qualifications

• Deliver superior customer servicing and contribute to the Mortgage Sales experience.
• Assist and liaise with customers’ requests.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on behalf of the Specialists.
• Administrative and documentation support and to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Performing KYC screening and searches.
• Ensure data integrity and completeness by updating information in Bank’s systems (BWCIF/CRM).
• Effectively manage and track sales campaigns and manage leads and provide timely updates.
• Prepare reports for timely submission to Management.
