Qualifikationen

• Valid MOM registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Relevant experience in workplace safety within construction.
• Familiar with WSH legislation, risk management, and site safety practices.
• Able to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Implement and monitor safety procedures across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Review risk assessments and method statements with project teams.
• Advise project teams and subcontractors on applicable WSH requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain safety records and coordinate audits and inspections.
• Support emergency preparedness and continuous improvement of site safety practices.
