Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Mold Maker / Molding Technician to maintain and repair molds and tooling in a plastic injection molding environment. You will inspect, modify tooling to specifications, and perform bench fitting to correct tool defects.

Responsibilities include routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitoring equipment, and performing repairs. Diploma/NITEC in Engineering with 3 years’ experience preferred; good pay, allowances, and bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC in Engineering
• Diploma/NITEC in Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
• Experience with mold maintenance and tooling modification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
• Service and minor repair on the injection machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Repairing and servicing of molds, modification on tooling and its defects, bench fitting and correction repairs of new tools

Responsible for the repairing and servicing of molds, modification on tooling and its defects, operating conventional machines, fabricating inserts per blue print tolerances, bench fitting and correction repairs of new tools.

Diploma / NITEC in Engineering discipline or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
