Job summary

Bridging Training International is seeking a passionate Primary School Science Specialist Teacher to deliver MOE-aligned Science lessons for P3–P6 and prepare students for PSLE Science.

You will develop engaging, inquiry-based activities, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with the academic team to support a diverse international student base. A degree in Education or Science and strong English are required; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Science or related field is required.
• Experience teaching MOE Primary Science syllabus is essential.
• Strong knowledge of PSLE Science requirements and marking schemes.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin or Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• NIE/MOE teaching experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with the MOE Primary Science syllabus.
• Prepare or recommend teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments tailored to learners.
• Track and report student progress with regular parent feedback.
• Help students develop scientific reasoning, inquiry skills and PSLE exam techniques.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse abilities, including non-native English speakers.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align science instruction with broader learning plans.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that fosters confidence and curiosity.
