Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Education/English or equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching Singapore primary English curriculum.
• Deep understanding of MOE English syllabus and PSLE requirements.
• Proven ability to create pedagogically sound lesson plans.
• Familiarity with STELLAR strategies and current teaching methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured lesson plans aligned with MOE syllabus and STELLAR framework.
• Create original teaching materials (worksheets, activity sheets, assessment tools).
• Conduct classes for P1-P6 students (individual/small group settings).
• Design differentiated instruction for varied learning abilities.
• Implement effective literacy strategies (reading comprehension, composition writing, oral techniques).
• Analyze student progress and adjust teaching materials accordingly.
