Job summary

Beyondsoft seeks an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to work with customers, building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions on Azure. You will design full-stack systems and AI agents, upgrade prototypes to production, and support Day 2 operations to keep the Azure platform healthy and secure.

You will embed with customer teams, drive adoption, automate routine tasks with SRE tooling, and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, monitoring and security tooling in a government

Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative-AI models.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex customer-facing technical work.
• Hands-on ops experience on Microsoft Azure in production (VMs, App Services, Function Apps).
• Experience with ACA and ACR, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging and security alerts.
• Familiarity with IAM / RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience Day 2/run-and-maintain operations with an SRE mindset.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an AI Deployed Engineer (Agentic) to serve as a forward-deployed engineer on the agentic project team — partnering closely with the customer to build, deploy and operate agentic AI solutions end to end. In this hands-on role you will design and build full-stack systems and AI agents, writing production-grade code to take solutions from first prototype through to stable production, and then support Day 2 operations to keep the Azure platform underpinning the solution healthy, secure and cost-efficient. You will embed with customer teams to understand their needs and guide adoption, leverage SRE agents to automate routine operations, and codify working patterns into reusable tools and playbooks — all within a secure government environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Build agentic solutions (software development): Design and build full-stack systems and AI agents, writing production-grade code that takes solutions from first prototype through to stable production.
• Embed with the customer: Work closely with customer teams to understand their needs, scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers early and guide adoption.
• Own end-to-end delivery: Own technical delivery across deployments, making trade-offs between scope, speed and quality and adjusting plans to protect delivery.
• Codify and share: Turn working solutions into reusable tools, playbooks and building blocks, and share field feedback that helps improve model and product performance.
• Azure platform operations: Maintain the Azure platform and virtual machines (including the GitHub server).
• Backup and resilience: Perform and verify GitHub server backups, using SRE agents to automate uptime checks and backups where possible.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Operate and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines, validating that pipelines continue to work after upgrades.
• Container platforms (ACA / ACR): Manage Azure Container Apps and clean up the Azure Container Registry.
• App Services and Functions: Update and maintain frameworks for App Services and Function Apps.
• Security operations: Pipe logs to Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel, triage and close alerts, and monitor application performance via dashboards (working with developers to pipe crash logs and build dashboards).
• Identity and access (IAM): Review RBAC access for personnel and maintain least-privilege access.
• Cost and support: Produce cost reporting to the customer and monitor support tickets (service requests and issues) through to resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs, agentic AI or generative-AI models.
• Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments, including customer-facing technical delivery.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining Microsoft Azure platforms in production (Virtual Machines, App Services, Function Apps).
• Experience with Azure Container Apps (ACA) and Azure Container Registry (ACR).
• Strong DevOps / CI-CD experience, particularly GitHub Actions
• Experience with Azure Monitor and Microsoft Sentinel for logging, monitoring and security alert handling.
• Working knowledge of IAM / RBAC and cloud security best practices.
• Experience supporting Day 2 / run-and-maintain operations — patching, backups, incident and ticket handling — with an SRE mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams and customer stakeholders, with sound judgement under pressure.
• Singapore Citizen who is eligible to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance, and willing to undergo the required Client vetting process.
