You will manage inventory, coordinate suppliers, supervise staff, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will develop procedures, monitor sales performance, handle customer enquiries and warranty coordination, and prepare periodic reports for management.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Management, Arts, Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations, telecommunications, mobile devices, or related business operations.
• Practical knowledge of mobile phones, telecommunications equipment, accessories, and related products.
• Experience in retail operations, inventory control, supplier coordination, procurement, or customer service management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and basic business reporting.

• Handle customer enquiries, product issues, warranty coordination, after-sales services, and complaint resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage point-of-sale systems, inventory records, sales transactions, and operational reporting to ensure accurate business data.
• Apply technical knowledge of mobile phones and telecommunications equipment to support product evaluation and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, inventory assessments, operational budgets, and business performance updates for management review.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, operational improvements, product development, and increased sales to support company growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, consumer protection requirements, and relevant Singapore regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with senior management on business planning, operational improvements, and achievement of company objectives.
