seeks an Assistant, Mobile Services (Locum) to provide operational support to our mobile team of doctors and nurses across Singapore, delivering health screening, vaccinations, and clinical services at corporate sites and homes. This role reports to the Manager, Mobile Services, and emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability in a start-up environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite tools, and computer literacy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site, home-based, and in-clinic appointments across channels.
• Manage deployment of mobile doctors and nurses for on-site and home-based services.
• Ensure proper handover of equipment and inventory levels.
• Submit medical claims in accordance with government regulations.
• Prepare and upload medical reports to clients in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text professionally and promptly.
• Provide operational support at on-site events.
• Liaise with external laboratories for specimen collection and processing.
