Job summary

Doctor Anywhere is seeking a Part Time Pharmacy Assistant to provide on-site administrative support within our General Health Services team in Singapore. You will assist doctors and patients using our 24/7 tele-consultation service and help prepare medications at the fulfillment center for delivery.

Ideal candidates are responsible, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires shift work including overnight, weekends, and training at start.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medications and prior experience in pharmacy/clinic/warehouse settings is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and ability to communicate in a high-tempo environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup, fast-growing operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions electronically.
• Prepare and arrange medications for delivery.
• Work with operations team and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of medications.
• Assist the manager in maintaining inventory.
• Maintain facilities and equipment as assigned.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
