Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior clinic and A&E experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.

Medical Doctor – Clinic, Mobile & Telemedicine

We are looking for a qualified Medical Doctor to provide patient care acrossthree key healthcare channels: clinic-based services, mobile/home medical services, and telemedicine. The role offers exposure to different patient settings and requires a doctor who is adaptable, patient-focused and comfortable working across both traditional and technology-enabled healthcare environments.

Clinic-Based Services

• Provide consultations and primary care for patients of different age groups.

• Manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Conduct physical examinations, medical assessments and follow-up reviews.

• Perform appropriate medical procedures within the clinic.

• Conduct health screenings and general medical reviews.

• Provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations and appropriate referrals where required.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Mobile Doctor / Home-Based Services

• Conduct scheduled home visits to provide medical consultations and treatment.

• Assess and manage patients in their home environment.

• Perform suitable medical procedures during home visits.

• Conduct Child Developmental Screening as part of home vaccination programmes.

• Carry out pre-policy medical examinations for insurance underwriting.

• Provide doctor-led medical services for corporate clients under the Workplace Injury Compensation Act (WICA).

• Ensure medical equipment, medication and supplies required for mobile services are properly maintained and available.

• Complete accurate medical reports and documentation following each visit.

Telemedicine

• Provide medical consultations through the company’s telemedicine platforms.

• Assess patients remotely and provide appropriate medical advice and treatment.

• Review symptoms, medical history and relevant information during virtual consultations.

• Determine when patients require further physical assessment, investigation or referral.

• Maintain accurate records of all teleconsultations and follow-up care.

• Deliver safe and professional patient care while working within the scope and limitations of telemedicine.

Requirements

• Fully registered Medical Doctor with theSingapore Medical Council (SMC).

• Prior experience in clinic and A&E settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English; additional languages or dialects are an advantage.

• Comfortable working across clinic, home-visit and telemedicine environments.

• Able to commit approximately43–50 hours per week.
