Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Medical Doctor to support our Mobile Workforce Clinic operations across Singapore. You will deliver primary care and occupational health services at multiple clinic and client sites.

The role requires full SMC registration, MBBS, and willingness to travel across locations including Soon Lee, Tuas, and other operational sites. We offer a dynamic team, professional development, and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Must be MBBS or equivalent recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Fully registered with SMC and holding a valid practising certificate.
• Experience in primary care or occupational health preferred.
• Willing to travel and work across multiple locations as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a patient-focused Medical Doctor to support our Mobile Workforce Clinic operations. This role involves delivering primary care and occupational health services across various clinic and client locations throughout Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and occupational health consultations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct medical examinations and fitness-for-work assessments.
• Deliver preventive healthcare advice and health education.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical quality standards.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Fully registered with SMC and holding a valid practising certificate.
• Possess Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or be a Registered Family Physician.
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or occupational health is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work across multiple locations, including Soon Lee, Tuas, and other operational sites as assigned.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a full-time roster, including Saturdays
