Job summary

58 RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled professional to oversee outsourced mobile cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating cross-site support, supervising cleaning teams, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and client specifications.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor quality, manage consumables and costs, and promptly address any client concerns or emergency cleaning needs, while ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Experience in outsourced mobile cleaning management, coordinating across multiple sites and supporting cross-site tasks.
• Familiar with cleaning equipment and chemicals, manage consumables, cost control and materials deployment.
• Conduct regular client-site inspections, monitor cleaning quality, follow up on rectifications, liaise with clients and handle complaints.
• Manage mobile cleaning team: rostering, manpower deployment, attendance and training for new staff, arrange personnel for ad-hoc jobs.
• Fill inspection forms, job orders and material requisitions, submit weekly reports and project documents on time.
• Communicate effectively, work under pressure, flexible for mobile deployment, respond quickly to ad-hoc & emergency cleaning tasks, follow safety procedures.
