RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a highly organized Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites. You will lead teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure high cleanliness standards while maintaining health and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to operations to deliver reliable, high-quality service for diverse sites and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health/safety standards.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools).
• Availability to work weekends or public holidays when necessary.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites
• Manage and lead a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure service satisfaction
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
• Handle staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and resolving disciplinary matters
• Prepare reports on cleaning performance, incidents, and staff productivity
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations or urgent client requests
