Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage solutioning, technical delivery of NLB Mobile enhancements.
• Shape product roadmap with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee Agile sprint delivery and remove blockers.
• Coordinate app releases to iOS/Android stores and QA.
• Provide progress updates on risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure incident resolution within SLAs and vendor coordination.
• Oversee procurement of IT services and vendor contracts.
