Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Candidates with more than two years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Software Development Engineer position.
Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Translate operational challenges into effective software capabilities.
Engineer mission-critical C2 applications with attention to performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
Design and build frontend and backend components across web, mobile, and GIS platforms.
Plan and execute system integration, verification, and testing to ensure end-to-end reliability.
Leverage DevSecOps, automation, and AI-assisted development while owning architecture and code quality.
