The role emphasizes improving work methods to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain 5S standards; you will keep tools and workspace clean and safe, and follow regulations. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Able to set up and operate Turn or Mill machines independently
• Deburring works per specifications requirement
• Perform parts set-up, adjustment and measurements to ensure proper alignment of machine and parts
• Improve work method to increase efficiency, quality and reduce waste
• Keep equipment and work area clean and well organized at all time
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and follow safety regulations
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
