Job summary

Eratech pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to interpret drawings, measure parts with general equipment, and operate turning and milling machines independently and safely.

You will load/unload fixtures, perform daily maintenance on CNC machines, set up machining parts with proper fixturing and cutting parameters, assess machine accuracy, and follow instructions from the Lead/Supervisor; programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret drawings and measure with general measurement equipment.
• Able to operate independently and safely on CNC machine ( Turning / Milling ).
• Include loading and unloading of fixtures / work-piece.
• Perform proper daily maintenance of CNC Machines.
• Able to do setting on machining part with correct methodology:
• Proper fixturing
• Proper cutting parameters
• Assess machine accuracy

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and measure parts using general measurement tools.
• Operate CNC turning and milling machines independently and safely.
• Load and unload fixtures and work-pieces.
• Perform daily maintenance on CNC machines.
• Set up machining parts with correct fixturing, cutting parameters and verify accuracy.
• Programming is a plus and may be required.
• Follow instructions from Lead/Supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
