Job summary

ASIA WHITEHORSE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations and manage the cleaning staff in Singapore. You will ensure high cleanliness standards, maintain hygiene, and comply with client and company requirements, while coordinating schedules and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring performance, and preparing regular operational reports to inform management decisions. Flexibility for weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the team.
• Ability to oversee operations, ensure schedules, and maintain quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure efficient team performance and adherence to schedules.
• Plan and assign cleaning duties to staff to optimize resource use and meet operational goals.
• Inspect completed cleaning work to verify compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and workplace safety.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance to maintain reliability.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals for safety.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and arrange timely replenishment.
• Respond to client requests, feedback, and complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track performance.
