Qualifications

• Substantial dispute resolution experience, including drafting and reviewing court filings and case documents.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Passion to build a career in offshore commercial disputes work.
• Qualified to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the partners in representing clients in high profile and complex cross-border disputes.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal diligence and research and participate in case analysis.
• Assist in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Manage case files and liaise with clients and experts.
