Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Senior Analyst in Investment Banking to assist clients in raising funds, provide corporate finance and strategic advisory for M&A and other transactions. You’ll work with senior officers, analyze financials, build models, prepare marketing materials and pitches, and conduct independent market research.

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant investment banking experience.
Strong ability to build and interpret financial models and analyses.
Experience evaluating corporate transactions and structures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a junior member of the Investment Banking team, support client transactions.
Review and extract information from financial statements for analysis.
Prepare marketing materials, valuation and exhibits for pitches and live deals.
Produce accurate financial models and analyses.
Conduct independent market/industry/product research.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal processes and policies.
Demonstrate professional communication and manage multiple projects.
