Sonata Software is seeking a Microsoft Customer Engineer specialized in Teams to empower customer users, maximize productivity, and drive seamless operation of Microsoft Teams across client portfolios. You will work directly with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts to deliver workshops, activations, and optimizations for Teams and related components.

The role requires 10+ years in customer-facing IT roles, deep Teams expertise, and strong communication skills to guide customers

Formación

• 10+ years in customer-facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, or IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms.
• BA/BS in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience guiding customers on Teams requirements and providing expert guidance and support.
• Ability to deliver technical solutions ensuring optimal Teams performance and reliability.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Deep knowledge of Teams architecture, PSTN, Direct Routing, and telephony infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• LeadTeams Workshops, activations, optimizations and telephony configurations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand Teams requirements and provide guidance.
• Deploy, configure, and customize Teams and related apps per customer needs.
• Document solutions and best practices for internal and customer knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot Teams calling, meetings, and integration issues.
• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
• Ensure security, compliance and policy alignment within Teams environments.
