Job summary

SM2 Consulting seeks an Endpoint Engineering Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide endpoint initiatives within a global IT organization. You will lead large-scale transformation programs across regions, collaborating with Infrastructure, Security and Regional IT teams to deliver Microsoft modern workplace solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in endpoint engineering, strong governance, and the ability to manage complex deployments with multiple stakeholders and vendors worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Technical Program Management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale endpoint or modern workplace transformation programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience with MEM, Microsoft 365, and global technology deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
