Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a CRM-focused developer to identify opportunities, analyse needs, and design IT solutions enhancing analytic capabilities. You will document requirements and plan, design, and implement CRM-based improvements using Dynamics CRM/365, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Responsibilities include test planning, UAT support, production issue resolution, and ensuring deployment success.

Qualifications

• Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365.
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects.
• 2+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
• Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols.
• Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
• Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles.
• AI and automation scope past experience will be an advantage.

• Demonstrate willingness to adopt new AI and automation tools where relevant to work outcomes.

Requirements

Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred

Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology

Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365.

Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects.

2+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.

Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, \& dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365

Proficiency in developing plug-in \& workflow assemblies.

SSIS/SSRS

Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies

Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript

Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols.

Experienced in developing .NET web services \& web API applications.

Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles.

AI and automation scope past experience will be an advantage.
