Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Private Bank Digital Engagement and Analytics team, you will leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translate business objectives into clear analytical requirements.
• Integrate, cleanse and transform data from multiple sources to build robust datasets.
• Analyse client segments, behaviours and engagement trends to identify business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Track key business and client metrics to monitor performance and trends.
• Drive operational efficiency through process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in and support strategic initiatives where required.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, insights or related analytical roles.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data structures, business data models, data governance and data dictionaries.
• Proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in analytical or programming languages such as Python or R to query and analyse large datasets.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting process automation or workflow improvements using analytical tools, scripting or low-code solutions.
• Good attention to detail, with experience validating data outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
