Job summary

The role requires Python and SQL proficiency, a solid foundation in statistics, and exposure to Power BI or Qlik is a plus. A finance/banking background and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, CS, engineering, economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; juniors welcome with strong internships.

• Exposure to Power BI or Qlik is an advantage; interest in financial services welcome.

Job Description

• Support data analytics projects that improve business outcomes, particularly in the AFC/AML domain.
• Collect, clean, integrate and analyze structured and unstructured data to answer business questions and produce useful datasets.
• Assist in developing, testing and monitoring analytical or machine‑learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Prepare dashboards, analysis and concise presentations, and work with business and technology stakeholders to communicate findings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, finance or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internships, academic projects or practical portfolios are welcome for junior role
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL, with a sound foundation in data analysis and statistics.
• Exposure to Power BI, Qlik or another visualization tool is an advantage.
• Interest in financial services and willingness to learn KYC, name screening and transaction monitoring processes.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and responsible, with good problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
