Full House Metals Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily metal recycling facility operations in Singapore. The role focuses on efficiency, productivity, and quality across receiving, processing, sorting, and shipping.

You will manage resources, implement best practices, and leverage expertise in metal identification, budgeting, and import-export compliance to drive profitability while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar operations management role in metal recycling or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, their identification, grading, and market value.
• Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability optimization.
• Solid understanding of import-export procedures, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all metal recycling operations from receiving to shipping.
• Develop strategies to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and cut costs.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and promote a safety culture.
