Ideal candidate has a proven track record managing SGD50k+ monthly spend, with strong creative testing chops and cross-functional briefing experience, in an e-commerce or DTC setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a single Facebook/Meta Ads account at SGD 50,000+ monthly spend.
• Track record of scaling accounts from a lower spend to SGD 100,000+.
• Strong grasp of creative testing methodology and why tests are structured.
• Comfortable briefing designers, video editors, and UGC creators to deliver assets.
• E-commerce or DTC background, ideally in a considered-purchase or subscription-adjacent category.

Responsibilities

• Own full Meta Ads account management: campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and scaling decisions.
• Take the account from its current spend toward SGD 50,000+ monthly spend while maintaining ROAS.
• Run high-velocity creative testing: 10–15+ new ad variations per week across formats/audiences.
• Brief content creators and designers; source UGC creators if internal capacity is limited.
• Build and refine audience segmentation and funnel targeting.
• Report on performance with clear guidance on what's working and what to test next.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and internal creative functions as a true account owner.
