Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to support harmonisation of processes and the rollout of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across Airframe MRO units. You will work with software vendors and stakeholders to design harmonised workflows, participate in change management, and train MRO users on the MES, including data mapping and go-live activities.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, familiarity with MRO environments, strong Excel skills, and

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in MRO environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Experience in data migration/cleansing is an added advantage.
• No work experience required.
• 1 Year contract (renewable/convertible based on performance).
• Able to travel overseas when required.
• Work location: Seletar.

Responsibilities

• Roll out a new MES across Airframe MRO lines of business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonise and improve business processes.
• Work with software vendor to embed harmonised processes into MES.
• Participate in change management for MES deployment locally and overseas.
• Conduct training for MRO users on MES.
• Support software testing and go-live activities.
• Execute data mapping, cleansing and migration to MES.
