Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to support harmonisation of processes and the rollout of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across Airframe MRO units. You will work with software vendors and stakeholders to design harmonised workflows, participate in change management, and train MRO users on the MES, including data mapping and go-live activities.

• 1 Year contract (renewable/convertible based on performance).
• Able to travel overseas when required.

Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business process harmonisation and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation across key business units.

The role involves working closely with vendor and stakeholders to standardise workflows and support system rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• To be part of the implementation team to roll out a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across our Airframe Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Line of Business


• To collaborate with stakeholders to harmonise and improve business processes for all Airframe MRO entities globally


• To work closely with software vendor to design and incorporate the harmonised business processes into the MES


• To participate in change management for successful deployment of the new MES locally and overseas


• To conduct training for the MRO users in operating the MES


• To support software testing and go-live activities


• To execute the mapping, cleansing and migration of operational data from legacy systems to the MES

Requirements
