Job summary

Genpact in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst – Tech Support for the Aviation industry to lead end-to-end MES deployment for a manufacturing client. You will map current system landscapes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support testing, training, and post- deployment activities.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with MES or ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Understand current Solumina/ MES landscape.
• Lead end-to-end MES deployment for a manufacturing client.

• Support testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain data integrity during transitions and perform quality checks.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineers and mechanics for proper sequencing.
• Ensure data quality and governance post-migration.
• Participate in governance meetings and project reviews.
