Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a full-time internship in Business Development and Partnerships to support merchant acquisition and partner engagement. You will onboard service point partners, develop training materials, and maintain partner data in SPX.

The role requires travel within Singapore, strong communication, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting. The position offers hands-on exposure to business development activities, partner liaison, and operations support, with a 3–6

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners
• Assist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the SPX application
• Maintain and update service point information and settings within the system
• Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners
• Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectives
• Consolidate monthly billings and updating of trackers
• Perform cold calling duties as needed
