Job summary

ONE Payments is searching for a driven Sales Executive – Merchant Acquisition in Singapore. You will acquire new merchants, pitch ONE Payments solutions, and manage onboarding while building long-term merchant relationships.

Role emphasizes direct engagement with business owners, achieving clear sales targets, and collaborating with marketing. The team offers training, a structured career path, and a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
• Prior sales, business development or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new merchant customers with focus on F&B and retail.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching through to onboarding and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants post-onboarding and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on lead-generation activities.
• Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM and report progress weekly.
• Meet individual and team merchant acquisition targets.
