Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business management or sales/marketing.
• 3+ years' experience in retail/FMCG with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier partnerships, negotiates terms and drives mutual benefits.
• Monitor market and consumer trends; identify gaps and new brands to meet shopper needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build brand awareness and rejuvenate slow-moving products.
• Implement merchandising standards and optimize in-store shelf space for profitability.
• Plan seasonal promotions across the network and analyze post-sales performance.
• Review product ranges and assess current sales and margin performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock levels and inventory movement.

• Suppliermanagementincludingreviewmerchandisemix,negotiatetradingtermsandimplementotherinitiativeswithbusinesspartnersformutualbenefits.
• Monitormarket/customertrendsandunderstandthebusinessrequirements,keycategoriesandseekoutnewpotentialbrands/productstomeetconsumer’sneeds.
• Workcloselywithrelevantinternalandexternalpartiesonactivitiestobuildbrandawareness,rejuvenatesalesofslow-movingproductsandtodrivesalesforexistingproducts.
• Collaborateintheimplementationofmerchandisingstandardsandoptimizesalesspacetomaximizeprofitability.Constantlyworkonvisualmerchandisingandefficientstoremanagement.
• Planonseasonal/occasionalpromotionacrossthenetworkandconductpost-salesanalysis.Review,analyzeandreportcurrentproductrangesandtheperformanceofsalesandprofitmargin.
• Prepareandmaintainregularreportsonsalesperformance,stocklevels,andinventorymovement.
• Anyotherdutiesasassigned.
