Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Merchandising Leader to own seasonal buying strategy across multiple brands. You will build annual buying plans, manage OTB models, and drive inventory health and allocation across markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in merchandising, strong leadership, and advanced Excel skills. Multi-brand experience is highly valued, with responsibilities including vendor onboarding and presenting at QBRs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Retail Management or Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in merchandising or buying, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience owning a seasonal buying plan and OTB model across multiple brands.
• Multi-brand or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead seasonal buying strategy and range selection across all active brands.
• Build and manage annual buying plans and OTB model within approved financial parameters.
• Monitor weekly sell-through performance and initiate reorders, transfers or clearance actions.
• Oversee store allocation, replenishment and inventory health across brands and markets.
• Negotiate with brand principals on allocation, MOQ and exclusivity on key styles.
• Drive end-of-season clearance planning and markdown strategy.
• Review and sign off on purchase orders.
• Lead vendor onboarding, relationship management and compliance.
• Manage, coach and develop Merchandising Executive(s).
• Present buying plans and merchandising performance at Quarterly Business Reviews.

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: up to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
