Job summary

Fellows Creative Staff Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR to support end-to-end licensed merchandise development across Asia.

You will drive new product launches, coordinate with external manufacturing partners and licensees, and enable key commercial decisions through analysis and collaboration. The role requires strong English and Japanese language skills, plus project management, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency to manage timelines, track progress, and deliver

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating timelines and tracking progress across multiple parties.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new merchandise development projects by managing timelines and communication with external manufacturing partners and licensees
• Manage internal product approval and supervision processes by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality
• Evaluate product pricing, business feasibility, and profitability using financial models to support commercial decision-making
• Assist in estimating product demand and preparing sales forecasts in partnership with internal teams and OEM partners
• Monitor market trends and product performance to support and refine the overall merchandising strategy
• Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for management review to inform strategic planning

Required competencies and certifications

• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating timelines and tracking progress across multiple parties
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a business context for data analysis and presentations
• Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, consumer products, licensing, FMCG, OEM manufacturing, or operating e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or Shopify
