Job summary

SUCCESS TIME PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to ensure our products are well merchandised for end consumers. You will visit daily retail outlets, build rapport with store managers, and help prevent stockouts by coordinating with store teams.

You will execute merchandising, displays and promotion plans, replenish stock from back rooms to shelves and freezers, and assist with planogram improvements. The role requires stamina and daily local travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in similar role (preferably in FMCG, foodservice, or consumer goods).
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers.
• The role may require lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet for long hours.
• Willing to travel to various locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily.
• Build rapport with retailer and store managers.
• Prevent stockouts by coordinating with store personnel.
• Coordinate promo events, space buy, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
• Execute merchandising, display, and promotion plans.
• Replenish stocks from cold room to shelves/freezers.
• Improve planograms and product facings where possible.
• Suggest in-store promotions when opportunities arise.
• Monitor competitive environment and report findings.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

You will be based in thefield and responsible for ensuring our products are well merchandised to end consumers.

KeyResponsibilities

• Daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as necessary
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with the various managers and staff of both the retailers and their stores
• Work closely with retailer/store personnel to ensure no out of stock situations
• Learn and understand from retailer/store teams on their various SOP and ways of working
• Coordinate with retailer/store on activities such as regular promo events, space buy, roadshows, sampling sessions and festive events
• Execute merchandising, display, and promotion/trade plans according to our merchandising standards
• Where needed, replenish stocks from cold room or back store to the store's shelves and freezers
• Where possible, assist to improve planograms, maintain, and win product facings for our products
• Propose and execute specific in-store promotion/trade plans if opportunity arises
• Monitor and report on the competitive environment of our products
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required
