Bond M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee all contract administration activities and support tender processes for multiple projects in Singapore. You will prepare plans, budgets and documentation, perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant construction experience, strong written communication, and the ability to manage several projects on simultaneous timelines.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building or Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of relevant construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proven track record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all contracts administration tasks.
• Prepare plans, contracts, budgets and other docs.
• Perform quantity take-off, cost estimates, contract administration, and support tender exercises.
• Source quotations for pre- and post-tender stages and prepare tender evaluations.
• Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers; liaise with Procurement for material sourcing.
• Monitor project expenses to optimize profit and track variances.
• Attend progress and technical meetings to capture variations and time implications.
• Prepare and timely submit claims, variation orders, budgets, and final accounts; close main and subcontract accounts.
• Conduct risk analysis and feasibility studies; perform adhoc duties as required.
