Job summary

VOIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets and feasibility studies for MEP works on major projects.

You will analyze drawings and tender documents to quantify MEP materials, provide value engineering options and prepare BOQ, schedules and pricing documents. Strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential for managing contracts and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 5 years of quantity surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under tight timelines.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and feasibility studies for MEP works.
• Analyze design drawings, specifications and tender documents to quantify MEP materials and systems.
• Provide value engineering options to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Prepare BOQ, tender schedules and pricing documents for MEP trades.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Manage contracted correspondence, variations and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, cost limits and project timelines.
